East Lothian Archaeology Fortnight

East Lothian Archaeology Fortnight has a very full and exciting programme of events, including:

  • The Waggonway Project Big Dig    Friday 6th September – Monday 9th September

Talks such as:

  • The Search for the Lost Palace of Seton      Thursday 5th September, 7.30pm
  • Restoring Buildings, Restoring People: Community Archaeology at Black Bull Close   Wednesday 11th September,  7.30pm
  • Meet the Ancestors:  Bronze Age Surgery and Early Medieval Burial in Cousland   Saturday 14th September, 11.30am, repeated 1.30pm

And walks, for example:

  • Toom Tabard;Old Nol and the ancient halls!   Monday 9th September  10am – 12.30pm
